The good
We love our ALHAMBRA and it is a reluctant sale due to wanting something smaller. It has so much space inside, masses of headroom and can be used as a people carrier or van with the Seats taken out, you can even fit a mattress in the back for camping if you want to. Moving house, going to the tip, transporting goods or people is no problem for this car, it"s like the tardis. It has lovely big comfy Seats and is nice and high up with excellent visibility. Being a 1.9 diesel it is a robust vehicle that I think has a few more years left in it. It is MOT"d until January 2016 so 5 months remaining on it. 
The bad
We have already done some work to the car, including new rear shock absorbers, rack gaiters, centre exhaust replacement, front brake discs, new battery, clutch slave cylinder replacement and welding. There are two known issues still need fixing at some point, the first is the power steering makes a screechy noise when you go full lock. The second is that there is a power fault which needs looking at which means the battery drains very quickly. We simply disconnect the battery at night and it causes no issues, but I"m sure most people would just get it sorted at their nearest garage.
This is a 7 Seater vehicle typically but it only came with 5 Seats when we bought it. It is the same car as the Volkswagon Sharan and the Ford Galaxy so extra Seats (and parts) can be obtained fairly easily. The reason we bought it was because despite it being an old car we knew it was made by Volkswagon/Ford and so the build quality is really good:

The ugly
She is a 1997 model and although not our doing, there are several large scrapes and scratches down the sides. I have paid for a full valet service so that it is nice and clean inside and out before sale. Also the front passenger internal door plastic has come off. We do still have it so just needs reattaching. Door still works fine, purely cosmetic! 
The bottom line...
Since we have owned her we have kept all of our MOT documentation but do no have any previous history from when we bought it in 2013. Please feel free to do an HPI check, Reg is R448 ADV. We have had to do a bit of work to it as expected from a vehicle of this age but I think it still has plenty of life left in it.
