For Auction is my partners Seat Altea 4, 6 speed 4wd that"s had a serious amount of money poured into it!
This people wagon is a true sleeper and pulls like a beast.
We are the second owner from new and all the modifications where made by the original owner and work carried out by Darkside Developments.
Originally a 170bhp TDI 4 wheel drive model in metallic black with factory body kit. With engine mods running estimated 290bhp. There is no 4 wheel drive rolling road in the area so figures are an estimate made by local experts.
We estimate from the receipts we have and current value of parts we don"t have receipts for but have written acknowledgement from Darkside that they fitted the parts supplied by the previouse owner to be nearly £10k.
Engine mods listed below but on top of this the vehicle is currently running 345mm brake upgrade with braided hoses, White line anti roll bars and drop links front and rear and KW Coilovers so handles like it is rails.
The diff has been rebuilt with a Quaff diff and has a programmable Heldex 4 wheel drive control unit married to a key fob that enables you to switch between 4wd settings adjusting the power sent to the rear. This unit alone costs £800+ on top of the Quaff diff.
Fitted from factory is a roof mounted screen in the back with sports Seats and interior. We have changed the oil every 6 months and will be sold with a full service. The injector loom was replaced on the VW recall @ 75k. I have replaced both front window motors but as with all Seat"s there are a few niggles. Body work is straight and has never been repaired, there are a few dents as pictured and scratches but these are car park damaged and should be fairly cheap repairs. I would rather sell the car in its current condition but if a potential buyer wanted them sorted I will have them repaired once a deposit has been taken.
