Hello and welcome to the sale of a Smart ROADSTER 81bhp 698cc on a 2004 year. Great fun and a joy to drive even more so with the summer coming.Comes with remote central locking (only one key), electric windows, electric roof with removable side bars which can be stored in the bonnet (see pictures), ABS, traction control which can be switched off, electric boot popper, boost and temperature gauge pods, tinted rear glass, tinted rear lights/side repeaters, powerflow exhaust with centre chrome tail pipe (see picture), K&N panel filter, LED front driving lights, upgraded cd head unit with remote control (pioneer), upgraded front door speakers.Engine was rebuilt 6 months ago, crankshaft bearing, Pistons with new rings, headgasket set, inlet valves x3, exhaust valves x3, spark plugs x6, oil and filter, new anti freeze ect, have receipts for rebuild kit from Germany so not a cheap one! (work carried out by myself and yes I am fully skilled technician), new battery, front tyres are uniroyal rainsport 3 with 6mm tread, rears tyres are Goodyear F1 with 6mm tread, also have paper work for new clutch kit and actuator for £830 18months ago.ROADSTER drivers 100% very nippy and great gear change, either full automatic mode or in semi auto mode by nudging up/down the gear box.Only bad points are one key, alloys are showing there age in places (see picture), at some point had rear speakers fitted beside seat and some one cut there carpet (holes can be seen in some of the pictures please look)Going to place a fresh 12 months MOT on car this week, road tax will have to be renewed by the new keeper as due to the new law (£110 for the year).Please note drivers seat base has a cover fitted to stop wear and can be removed, seat is perfect under it.Have all the books from new apart from service history, V5 logbook, plus other paper work from work being carried out.Genuine reson for sale had some good fun now time for something bigger, any questions/viewing and test drive are welcome.
