Smart Roadster-Coupe a rapidly appreciating future classic. Grab a bargain now!
On offer is my much loved Smart Roadster Coupe I have had it for three year sand have loved every minute of it! Drives fantastically, great sporty ride like a go-cart and fuel economy in the low 60 mpg. Convertible for the summer and great fun in the winter too!The car has a full service history always by Smart or by Smart Specialists. Recently had a new alternator.
The car is a 2005 and as a result comes with the faults common to almost all of this model. Heavy rain causes the roof to leak through the seals, (only a drip not a pour!, but runs down the mirror adjuster and wets the passenger seat a little). The door trim inside has the usual scuffs that come from the fact the car is very low down so is a sing to get out of!). No major faults a little bubbling on the removable panel above the door, the rear quarter windows have been sprayed body coloured which looks really effective but has now peeled a little. The alloy on front offside is damaged and as such leaks, either pump up tyre once per week or can be refurbished for about £60.
These small faults aside this is without doubt one of the most fun cars I have ever driven and if I hadn"t ended up with joint custody of a great big Dalmation I would be keeping it!
So let my woes be your benefit and grab yourself a real bargain. I "m not setting a Buy it Now so don"t ask, the reserve is lower than the cars value and you are bidding to buy it, but before auction closes feel free to come and look and test drive.
