THE CAR HAS BEEN CAREFULLY LOOKED AFTER BY ITS PREVIOUS OWNER OF 5 YEARS, AS WELL AS BEING WELL MAINTAINED BY HIM. IT IS A STYLISH & DISTINCTIVE Rover THAT DRIVES & SMELLS LIKE NEW & LOOKS STUNNING.
The 75 is now recognised as one of Rovers bestselling models to come from the iconic manufacturer. It has been one of the most successful cars they have produced, being in production between 1999 and 2005. Nowadays they very rare with such low mileage as most having covered between 100 -150k miles with a stack of previous owners and many have now gone to the breakers yard. This is a genuine UK registered car and is in excellent and outstanding condition. It will seat five adults comfortably, as well as having a good carrying capacity in the boot. It has both an MOT until August next year (with no defect advisories). This Rover drives like a brand new car. The car comes with VOSA mileage and MOT Check (Completely Clear of any adverse data).

EXTERNAL CONDITION
The car looks absolutely sensational in Damson Red  Metallic Clearcoat paint. The colour is STUNNING and suit’s the car perfectly. The condition of the paintwork is very good for the age of car. There are  some marks which are commensurate with the age of the car, but in general better than many much newer cars. It has obviously been well looked after ensuring that the car is in outstanding condition. There is NO corrosion on the car at all. The car however is better than most newer cars and exceptional for a Rover 12 years. Alloy wheels are Rover  factory fit options, and are in very good condition with no deterioration and just one or two marks.
MECHANICAL CONDITION
Mechanically the car is excellent, as one would expect of a car with genuine mileage of just 73,000 (Very Low for any car let alone a diesel Rover). The engine is smooth, quiet, does NOT smoke and changes up and down without fuss or bother. This is a BMW diesel engine which has an excellent reputation for reliability and longevity. Performance is brisk and economy averages 35.5 mpg. I recently achieved 49.5 mpg on a 100 mile trip There is a no service history but the Mot history fully supports the mileage and I have a service bill from last year for £265.00. It drives superbly and just like a brand new car. I have a full record of all the Mot’s since 2007 with all MOT‘s carried out by just two Mot Centres. There are no serious advisories or failures with only wearable like tyres or windscreen wipers featuring in the main.   INTERIOR CONDITION
The interior of the car is excellent and quite clearly has been cared for well maintained throughout his life. The Charcoal interior is superb throughout with no noticeable wear at all – It is like new!!!. Carpets in the boot area are “like new” also. The car has obviously had relatively light use throughout its life and subsequently the inside of the car is immaculate. All trim is bright and polished with no cracking or scratching. All switchgear is fully operational including the Air Conditioning.
ANY INSPECTION IS WELCOME. PLEASE DO NOT CONFUSE THIS WITH THE NORMAL HIGH MILEAGE HIGH OWNER CARS.
