Let"s start with the bad points:No Tax or MoT. It will need the CV Joints & Front Lower Arms replacing for the MoT, also at least 2 new tyres, as a consequence of the worn ball joints. Not a huge expense if you can do it yourself, Lower Arms are about £35 each, not sure about the CV Joints.
The car itself is solid & drives nicely. We used to need 4x4s because we had to be sure we could get to a lot of farms & remote houses whatever the weather & conditions and the Vitaras never once let us down or even worried we might get stuck, the only time I was stopped was once, when the snow was just to deep, a couple of minutes with a shovel & it was back the way I"d come & round the long way. One of the reasons I picked the Vitaras was the manual 4 wheel drive, they have shrugged off conditions where I have seen these big flash new ones with electronic control of the wheels just totally floundering.
We actually had four Vitara"s at one point but this is the last one, it"s been stood for ages, we just don"t need it any more.
Whilst it has the usual little scrapes you would expect on a vehicle of this age & type, it was never abused, the concern was just with getting there & back, not how quickly we could.
That"s it really, it needs a clean & the aircon needs recharging but everything else works as it should & as you can see it has a towbar, something for which the V6 engine is ideally suited, although we never used it .
Now the good weather is upon us again it would be an ideal time for somebody to put her back on the road and/or off.
Obviously this is cash on collection only, you will want to see the car before you part with your hard earned.
RELISTED DUE TO NO SHOWS. THIS CAR IS WHAT IT IS, IT NEDS A BIT OF WORK FOR THE MoT BUT NOT A HUGE AMOUNT. IT"S SOLID (NO WELDING DONE OR IN NEED OF DOING) & A GOOD RUNNER. SO PLEASE NO MORE COMEDIANS, ONLY BID IF YOUY ARE ACTUALLY INTERESTED. BIDS FROM ANYONE WITH ZERO FEEDBACK WILL BE CANCELLED.

Prompted by a question I sorted out the paperwork & it seems that the MoT actually ran out last October, not December, how time flies. Doesn"t really make much difference, it still doesn"t have one either way. I"ve added a scan of it to the listing.
