This is the Top specification ‘3’ model which comes with a number of extra"s
I have owned this car for the last 5 years and it has had 2 previous owners before my ownership. It has Full Service History - some at dealership, some independent garage / mechanic and has just covered 107,600 miles.
It comes with:

Electric windows / electrically adjustable and heated door mirrors

climate control (A/C needs checking)
Rear parking sensors with on screen stereo parking aid display
Front fog lights

4 x very good tyres - front tyres are continental brand which were fitted less than a year ago.
Skoda owners manuals pack present.
The bodywork overall is in very good condition with some age related marks. Nothing that sticks out and worth mentioning, but do bear in mind it is a 11 year old car.
The interior is in very good condition.
It is Mot"d until next month. I don"t foresee any reasons why it wouldn"t go through the MOT with flying colors. I am happy to get it MOT"d for the next 12 months if required, but it is dependent on the final selling price.
Negatives:
The Air conditioning will need to be checked as it"s not blowing ice cold air
There is a light "flapping" type noise which sounds like the undercover engine is flapping and will need checking. It"s not affecting the driving of the car in anyway, just more a nuisance noise.
The alloy wheels are as shown in the picture. Three are in good condition whilst one has some scuff marks (as seen in pics).
