Here is my Fabia vrs.
I have owned the for car for a year and a half and it has been looked after throughout my ownership. The car is in reasonable condition for its age the main area of showing age is the drivers seat which does have wear to the bolster but its not too bad. It is fitted with the 1.9 tdi engine which is renowned for its reliability. In november last year the cambelt tensioner failed causing engine damage. The car was put into a reputable garage and a full engine top end rebuild was perfomed costing just under £2000 to which i have the recipeit to proove. The car also benefits from having an upgraded hybrid turbo (Garrett GT1749vc based hybrid) The turbo was upgraded due to the standard KKK turbos been renowed for been a bit rubbish. The turbo was built by xman750 on the briSkoda forum and the turbo does produce a but of a howl noise but after been in touch the xman and other people on the briSkoda forum they all do it and its completly normal. The turbo has been on for 20k miles with no problems. The car also benefits from a lowered suspension setup (supersport shocks and springs 60mm drop ) The car also has an allard egr delete kit fitted which cost £90. The tyres are all around 4-5mm. The standard turbo and suspension and egr valve will all come as part of the sale. The car is very good on fuel averaging between 47mpg and 55 mpg. The bottom arm bushes have been replaced with polybushes and since fitted them there is a ever so slight creak when setting off after mechanic inspected it it was confirmed that it is the bushes making the creaking noise. All in all its a very good "hot hatch" MOT till september and the car has good service history. The car is currently showing 119,230 but will rise as used daily.
Bad points
wear on drivers bolster and cigarete burn on the rear seats, creak from the polybushes. Odd mark on the body work nothing major.
