I am very sad to have to sell this car, I have owned it for just over 5 years and it has not let me down once, it has been a great car to drive and an eye catcher when driving down the street.  The car has plenty of enjoyable performance and has really good fuel consumption, e.g. 56mpg on my daily commute to work. I am having to sell due to a change of circumstances and needing an automatic car.
My father purchased this car from new, he owned it just under 3 years and after I pestered and pestered him to sell it to me and he finally relented :)
The car is a Special Edition, number 852 of 1,000 manufactured in this model, this was the last of the Mk 1 shape, with the "Race Blue" metallic paint, Special edition leather upholstery with the blue piping, Embroidered vRS logo on the seats, the unique seat number, Red brake calipers, 6 CD interchanger and cruise control and sun-protection tinted glass
The car has not been involved in any accidents, got no dents or scrapes, the body work has a few stone chips to the bonnet but in very good condition I believe for an 8 year young car.
The car has not been modified mechanically but the front console bushes were replaced with the Seat equivalent. As you can see from the photos there have been a few tasteful modifications to the outside, including the colour coded grill surround, black roof and spoiler, new vRS badges on front of car and on wheels, mild tinting to the front and rear lights and the flat wiper blades on the front (new ones put on the car in March 2015).
The car is set to lock all the doors when you set off as a safety feature
The alloy wheels were refurbished in the gloss black in March 2015 and all the tyres have plenty of tread.
The car passed its MOT in April 2015 with no advisories (old MOTs certificates are available)
