87k with full Skoda service history

This is a lovely car and I will regret selling it but my circumstances have now changed. I do not get time to drive the car anymore and it would be a real shame for the car to sit there collecting dust, now the sad time has come to sell her. This car has really been looked after regardless of cost, always warmed up and cooled down after every drive. This car has only had 4 keepers from new. The car has had a full body re-spray including everything being colour-coded. All 4 wheels have also been professionally refurbished and all paint work was done about 7-8 months ago by MJR Vehicle Repairs with receipts to prove. Also have a few pictures of when it was in the body shop to show the progress.
Modifications:
AMD Essex remap.
K&N panel filter.
Miltek cat back exhaust system.
Miltek decat pipe.
Miltek down pipe.
Airtec front mount intercooler.
Darkside Developments EGR valve delete.
AP Racing Coilovers.
Up rated Sachs clutch.
Team heko wind deflectors.
Depo Racing stepper motor boost gauge in a SWG Motorsport air vent gauge holder.
New genuine Skoda turbo fitted back in 2010. (with receipts from Skoda to prove.)
X4 new Toyo proxie T1R tyres fitted about 7-8 months ago. (still like new.)
All modification/work has been carried out by AMD Essex.
Genuine Skoda Cam belt kit and water pump fitted about 7-8 months ago.
Air con was tested and re-gassed in the summer of 2014.
The car made 200bhp and 386.9 lb/ft with rolling road print out to prove.
Bad Bits
Front bumper now has a few small stone chips.
Private registration will NOT be included in the sale. (as the misses will kill me.)
It will come on the original registration which is PO54 RBV.
