2008 Ssangyong Rodius in Silver 2.7 diesel 7 seater
For sale is my tremendous Ssangyong Rodius. The key selling point of this car is its internal layout. Visually, the design isnt the prettiest. It"s no Porsche! However inside is a cavern of comfort.
I bought this car about a month ago to take me and 6foot+ 4 passengers on a 2000 mile trip to Poland and back. I needed something comfy, reliable and efficient. This is when i first discovered the Rodius. After searching for a few examples online landed on this one.
As a bit of preventive maintenance before the trip it had
2 x rear tyres (fronts are dunlops with good tread)full service with fuel filter, air filter, oil and filter change replacement wipersreplacement fan beltair conditioning service -working air con!!!and a general thorough inspection
Throughout the trip the Rodius performed flawlessly. The room inside is huge, and the middle two seats swivel for added comfort. it averaged 35mpg with 5 passengers moving at 70-80mph the entire time.Theres an aftermarket radio fitted with usb, bluetooth and aux inputs.
The engine is quiet and strong. It is a 2.7 5 cylinder engine made by Mercedes Benz and used in their ML270 and some other vehicles. It is known for its reliability.
It drives well, its extremely comfortable and easy to drive even though its a little large.
The external of the body is a little rough in places. Theres a dent on the left sill and a few minor dents around the vehicle. There are two wheel trims are missing.
There is also a minor squeak from the front left corner when going over speed bumps. There is only 1 key and remote.
Overall the car is straight and honest. It"s a large, very practical, useful car. I would recommend a viewing to get an idea of how good it can be.
