Hi and welcome to my auction for my beloved 2000 model Lotus Elise S1
It has 46,000 Miles on the clock (slightly higher but can"t remember the exact figure)
FULL Service history carried out by official Lotus dealers, the last service was at 44,468 Miles by Pure Lotus
Comes with a folder full of stuff including vehicle examinations etc...

Rare in black with cream leather seats, only seen one other in black and it didn"t have the seats in it.
I bought this car a few years ago from a friend with some light unrecorded damage to the rear clam shell and wish bone. I drove the car before the accident and fell in love with it, so I decided to to purchase and spend some time and money on it. The car is HPI clear, though I feel honesty is very important.
I"ve since had the whole car sorted with a complete new rear clam shell and professional spray job in original (and Stunning) black. 
The wishbone has been replaced with genuine parts
I"ve also had the wheels stripped, blasted and powdercoated in gunmetal grey to give the car a sinister look.
The brakes are all brand new, with brand new discs, refreshed calipers Green Stuff performance brake pads and HEL braided brake lines all round
Two new Toyo tyres on the rear (no budgets)
Pure Lotus performance rear silencer (subtle sports note, however not particularly loud and no boom)
I say 99% ready to go as there"s a few little things needed to get it perfect.
1) It needs a radio, I have a head unit that will go with the car, though it needs rear speakers installing
2) The tracking/wheel alignment needs setting (I was quoted £75 for all 4 wheels)
3) It needs a left hand mirror (can"t bloody find it!)
4) The speedo has stopped working since the MOT 
5) It needs a roof, either felt or hard-top"s are available cheaply on eBay. It has been stored with a cover over the car to keep it clean inside. It originally had a very rare carbon-fibre roof when I bought it, though it was sold separate to the car and I couldn"t afford to purchase it at the time.
There a few small marks from storage as it has been garaged, though they are very small and easily touched up.There is a slight stress crack in the right arch, common with these cars as everything is fibreglass, there is also one on the left, though I"ve done my best to photograph it"s not showing up on the camera, I have included my photography attempt anyway for your reference!
There are a few signs of wear on the right side of the seat and door trim as it"s an art climbing into the car
It accelerates really well, a pure confidence inspiring driving experience and handles like a go-kart. The engine and gearbox are both very strong.
It has an immobiliser fitted, and comes with 2 sets of keys.
The V5 is present in my name

I"m selling this car as I need funds to go towards my motorcycle racing season, a broken leg in a recent accident means I can"t finish the car myself.
I"m starting the car at a very modest price given the year and mileage, it needs around £500 spending on it. 
Absolutely no reserve on this auction and it"ll go for whatever the ending price it. I"ve made sure this is the cheapest Elise on eBay, there"s a decent profit to be made here.
I will require a £250 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the auction ending, If I can"t contact you, no response etc... I will simply relist the car the following day at 7:00pm or second chance offer it to the previous high bidder.
Due to new laws there is no TAX on the car and will have to be sorted by the new owner
