Import JDM wrx sti for sale
Imported start of 2016 and i am the first UK owner after the importers.
under sealed and painted when i got the car to make sure it would stay as clean as possible for as long as possible(which it has)
Being A JDM car it has much better specification to a UK car
The engine internals are stronger and it has a nitride coated crankshaft as standard.
Ported heads with larger cams also with AVCS
Equal length headers matched to a VF37 twin scroll turbo which spools lovely.
large top mount intercooler with auto mode and manual I/C sprayer
6 speed JDM box with longer 5th and 6th gearsDefi red dash dials
DCCD with manual controller and auto setting when i got the car i put it on the dyno to see what numbers it would make in standard form. it ran 284bhp and 320lb/ft of torque which is bang on for a jdm import in standard form.
In my time of owning the car i have done the following
converted the speedo at 147km to miles. currently at 98,000 mileslarge alloy radiator fitted with mishimoto cooling hoses and twin fans Roger clark motorsport dayco timing belt kit and water pump (with proof)Serviced every 3k miles with high quality oil and genuine black Subaru filtershas recently had the transmission oils done at last service cosworth panel air filter fittedcolder iridium plugswalbro high pressure fuel pump with syvecs fuel filter3 port boost solenoidforge actuator forge bov hayward and scott 3 downpipe and stainless creations 3 cat back exhaust- this system sounds lovely and really isn"t too loud! turbosmart boost gauge fittedAndy Forrest remap to 340bhp with torque to match. Carbon lorraine front pads. could be doing with front discs if im being honest but never bothered meSTI pink struts with eibach springs ( have the original pink sti springs there)Whiteline added caster strut top mountsWhiteline camber bolts front and rear polybushed rear anti roll barWedsport wheels (extremely rare) with yokohama tyres all good condition.front anti roll bar bushes are needing done as they have started to knock, ill possibly do these before the car is soldfast road wheel alignment set up- car handles really well and sharpall the right tasteful modifications carried out
bodywork on the car is in really good order- arches etc all very good condition. the wheels are all straight no bends or buckles however they are in need of a really good clean and in some parts the paint has come off them in small areas but this is just due to poor powder coating done by the previous owner.
car does a few marks here or there etc remember it is 14 years old now.
