Subaru Outback H6 3 litre Auto
Brilliant Engine smooth and powerful
Just failed MOT Failed on rear discs and pads, handbrake, tyres, cracked windscreen, exhaust blowing and a couple of other minor bits and pieces. Nothing major but it all adds up to too much expense for me.
auto box slips at times but always sorts itself out in a second or two.
Its been well used as a workhorse but has relatively low milage for its age.
Plus points:
Its soo smooth engine is lovely(and powerful) and totally reliable 4 wheel drive with various options on the box to get you through anything.(also has a power option on the auto box should you want to go that much quicker....)HUGE inside with the rear seats down 
Did a day trip Edinburgh to Bradford and back recently and it was so relaxing , cruise control on, stereo on, quite and smooth all the way, lovely. Got out without any backache cricked neck etc.
Anyway, it runs perfectly (except for the sometimes slipping box when changing gear, although this never happens if driven gently) the pictures show it has a few scrapes on the corner of the bumpers and it has been used to move the kids and their bikes around so the interior is ok but not immaculate.
I"ve tried to be honest and have probably not done the car justice. I"d happily drive it to the continent and back tomorrow.
Can be driven but obviously not legally without an MOT . so you will have to sort out transport or be going straight to an MOT centre. You need to sort all this out :)
