TVR 280i TASMIN RESTORATION PROJECTThe car has been dry stored for 20 years, this can be seen from the chassis which has no rust holes and is the most solid TVR chassis I have seen. The engine is the 2.8i capri engine with a Type 9 5 speed gearbox. I have removed the interior carpets and seats to give the inside a good clean. The bodywork has no cracks in the fibreglass and has no accident damage. The engine has been turned by hand and the previous owner had the car running.All parts are present except the passengers side glass which was broken and the door cards which are very easy to make. The car comes with the mohair soft top and hardtop section which have no rips or tears. The windscreen is in excellent condition with no cracks or stone chips.This would make an easy restoration project. The V5 is present and is in my name.
