Yes you read the mileage right. This car was used every day until the start of the year, however it has now had a FULL engine rebuild being completed in Feb with new clutch, FULL service including gearbox/diff, and follow up oil change after 500 miles to review condition. Oil is so clean you can barely see it!  Its had £6k spent on it this year alone with all the CV joints replaced and a new windscreen.
The car drives absolutely spot on, it"s not missed a beat since the rebuild. It"s also had the outriggers done and the chassis is in good condition. The roof is in good condition, fully water tight, a small amount of misting on the rear window bottom corner. The wheels have just been refurbished, as have the badges which are now gold with body colour blue infill (were tatty silver and black).
The main issue with the car now is the paint work. From a distance it looks average, but up close the front has the usual stone chips, and the lacquer in general is worn and a bit dull. It"s showing the mileage, so i"d suggest coming to have a look. I"ve tried to show in the photos of the front badges. The drivers seat bolsters are also worn as you can see in the picture if you zoom in. The dash is ok, with only a small crack to the left of the CD player.
Overall if you want a mechanically sound car which has had plenty of love, and want to respray it or just live with it and enjoy the drive its a great buy.
No timewasters, no tyre kickers or test pilots. I won"t be sending abroad. Cash on collection only.
FULL service history with fully stamped owners manual/service book and all receipts/MOT"s as follows ( with c. £30k of receipts over 14 yrs ownership by the same guy/legend) ie despite the mileage pretty much everything has been replaced with no expense spared at TVR approved dealers:
