Bad points,
Was a Cat D due to engine bay fire (I have attached a photo showing the extent of the damage)
Paint is Rosso pearl and has faded as is usual for this colour
There are some stone chips/scratches (as shown in photo)
Wear to the drivers seat bolster (as shown in photo)
I bought the car in 2008 as a cat D due to a small engine bay fire. In 2010 i had the engine rebuild to Redrose spec by an ex TVR factory engine builder at Automedon sports cars, at the same time I had 4.2 inlet manifolds fitted because of there better layout and improved throttle response. The car has been kept in France for several years but have been unable to register on French plates so I have brought it back to the UK to sell.
The bad points do not in any way detract from the overall driving experience of the car. It is mechanically sound and has a good chassis. It has new coils,lambda,thermostat and the ECU has just been reconditioned, also within the last 3000 miles it has had new Gaz gold adjustable shocks Toyo T1R tyres and a new limited slip diff.
It is very quick and handles smooth and fast, a great car with a few cosmetic issues but is ready to be used and enjoyed.
