1994 TVR Chimaera 4.0L, Mileage 86720
Unfortunately the time has come to sell my big toy.  It shouldn"t take much to get it through an MOT, but interior and bodywork showing its age and an signs of neglect.  Needs some TLC to get it looking tidy again.  It"s been stood for a couple of years and had no attention last year due to a chest injury. Tyres are worn and need replacing.  Disks are corroded due to being stood, but appear to work. Dash has delaminated. Carpets need some attention.  Seats are past their best, but I will include another pair.  Boot cracked on hinges, I"ve glued this once, but I"ll include another boot which needs painting. Paint has a couple of bad spots. Rear windscreen starting to come unstitched, needs re-stitching.  Previously a cat C.
Currently fitted with CAT free manifolds and Y piece, with the correct TVR EPROM in the ECU. Original manifolds and Y piece included, also a 2nd ECU with the CAT EPROM. Reg included.
Immobiliser replaced with a transponder type.  Boot opens with a magnet in the key fob.  2 keys and remotes included.
Lots of work done to engine in 2008 by Track V Road, including new head and valley gasket, head skimmed, cam chain and pulley.  Mileage then was 80161, bill came to £2542.  Engine starts first time and purrs like a Lion. Roars like one to.
No MOT, on a SORN.

Remember this car is 21 years old and made in Blackpool. No airbags, no power steering, no ABS. Its a lightweight plastic body with a V8 engine.  They don"t make cars like this anymore.  2nd hand prices are on the increase. I"ve owned the TVR since 2008 and enjoyed every mile.
