The only paintwork that has been carried out is to the bonnet by the TVR main dealer which is listed in the service history. The wheel arches are perfectly clean as is the rest of the underside and all suspension components. The hood and removable section of the roof is mark, scratch and tear free.INTERIORThe beautifully crafted black leather interior is finished perfectly with red stitching matching the colour of the exterior. Soft supple leather covers not only the seats but extends right over the dashboard, the doors and onto the gearstick before it wraps its way around the transmission tunnel and into the back. The red stitching continues right across the interior and is even used to finish off the carpeted areas in the car. All the leather is in exceptional condition with not a single mark or scratch. The dashboard panel is finished in dark burr walnut wood trim with an oil pressure gauge, dash clock and voltmeter slotted in with the usual array of switches and counters. Everything works as it should with positive and precise movements of the switch gear just as if the car was new.ENGINE & TRANSMISSIONFitted with a TVR developed 5.0L V8 the engine roars into life with a deep and aggressive exhaust note. The clutch was replaced on the car in 09 at 6539 miles due to a fault along with a major service. With full TVR service history the car engine and transmission is in perfect working order with the last oil service carried out at 8117 miles.WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKESThe wheels are all kerb free and in pristine condition the only mark being a small scratch on one of the OS front spokes. A matching set of Toyo Proxys T1Rs wrap the TVR alloys with a full dose of tread. All the discs remain lip free and along with the pads look brand new.HISTORY FILEServiced solely by TVR main agents during its life time this Griffith had its first and running in service at 1024 miles at TVR Engineering Ltd. Accompanying the original handbooks and TVR service book (fully stamped) is a personal owners book that tracks specifically the work that has been carried out at what cost, date and mileage, it also contains each tax disc neatly glued into the relevant page. The original supplying invoice is present with many correspondence to and from the original owner to TVR as the car was being built. This excellent history continues with all invoices, Mots and any part purchases right up to the present day and mileage. Also included is the original sales price list and sales brochure.
