Thanks for looking at my gorgeous S3 2.9 V6 which has has a full nut and bolt restoration which included the chassis being blasted and repainted
Finished in red wire near flawless bodywork complemented with a newly refurbished interior of grey leather and new carpet set
36000 miles showing, a clock change was undertaken at around 18000 miles making a total of 54000 to date (noted in the service book)
My car had a total rebuild when the engine work was undertaken and I have photos to show the meticulous work
In 2011 engine was fully stripped down and rebuilt by renowned TVR specialist Peter Smith Sports Cars and included reground crank, new shells and bearings, new gaskets, oil pump and new clutch
This work is invoiced at £2929 and there’s thousands of pounds worth of other invoices with the car for regular servicing and maintenance
The service book has 14 main dealer and independent stamps
Brakes have been stripped and rebuilt
New alternator
New rear screen which is in excellent condition with no rips or tears
4 new tyres recently fitted
New battery
New alloy radiator
New fuel pump and filter
Immobiliser and alarm fitted
Electric mirrors
Electric windows
Alloy gear lever and parking brake
Removal 2 part roof in black
This is the better thought of 2.9 V6 models and drives very well through the slick 5 speed gearbox
Pulls up 4 square on the powerful brakes
She’s an absolute joy to own and drive and wouldn’t be embarrassed at any TVR club meet or classic car show
All in all a great way into classic open air sports car ownership and very hard to find in this exceptional condition
