WARNING - This is a WOW car that turns heads everywhere it goes. Not for the faint hearted or shy!
Stunning TVR Tamora with a bespoke leather, alcantara and diamond stitched interior, beautiful deep red colour and carbon fibre touches.
When having the interior done a couple of years ago (cost just over £4000) it was also repainted because it suffered from the usual front end stone chips and I wanted it to be immaculate (the photos with the black headlights show the old stone chips). The wheels were painted black at the same time.
Originally sold via James Agger it"s 1 of 6 cars so I don"t use it much at all - it"s only done 490 miles since August 2014 and is garaged with its Accumate plugged in so it"s ready to go.
It"s been serviced by a TVR racing team and recently Paul at Prestige Performance (Melton Mowbray); the last service being August 2014 (500 miles ago) when over £3000 was spent making sure it was in tip-top condition. All TVRs sound great, but this has to be one of the best sounding on the road. As well as the sports exhaust it"s had a performance clutch and new brakes too. The 18 black wheels wear new tyres and there’s no bump-steer because the steering rack was replaced in 2014.
It"s MOTd until July 2016 and has been pampered by professional valets (PDQ in Warsop) and professional details (PW Pro, Mansfield) so has no swirl marks. It certainly turns heads.
It started life as TVR 100 - the 2001 Press car. It was yellow but returned to the factory to wear cherry red and have the engine rebuilt prior to sale. I"ve always waited for the Oil Temp to go over 40degs before going above 3500rpm and over 60degs before going over 4000rpm so although I"ve driven it enthusiastically at times, it has been very well respected.
I just don"t drive it enough so someone else ought to enjoy its 350bhp, 4.5secs 0-60 thrill ride! Whoever does buy it will be getting a beauty.
I have 6 cars so do not want a p/x - I would like to reduce my Road Tax bill!
