VW POLO Match 1.4 12 Months MOT.
Bought last year for my younger brother who had just past his test. He has since moved abroad on an internship so is now surplus to requirements.
Just went straight through its mot. Would make a perfect first car.
Mechanically 100% got a comprehensive service history and drives great, nice clean interior and the fancy blue dials! Family owned from new until my brother who is the 3rd owner.
The history file is huge, has been serviced religiously with invoices to prove, the body work is the only thing that lets the car down, although still presentable.
There is damage to the near side rear door, see pictures.
The door was damaged when we bought it and doesn"t affect the operation of the door and not listed as accident damaged as ran a hpi check on it before we bought it. If you were to change the door for a second hand unit would solve 95% of the damage.
Other then that there are spots where being red, there is lacquer peel but nothing unusual for a 14 year old red car and minimal fading.
Cosmetic issues aside it has been 100% reliable, great drive, nippy engine, cheap insurance group for a 17 year old driver despite being a 1.4 and extremely economical.
