Hello up for sale is a spares or repair Volvo V70 d5 estate 2.4 turbo on a 2008 year, 6 speed automatic gearbox covering 168000 miles, mot 09th June 2017, have V5 logbook and all the other books in the Volvo folder. Reason it"s a spares or repair as it was recovered into us due to it cutting out on the customer, we found auxiliary belt had came apart and gone into timing belt making it jump it"s timing. We removed the belt and reset the timing/belt. When we started engine found to have misfire showing compression issue (ie bent valves, broken followers ect) customer did not want to go any further or spend and money on repairing car so hence we are now selling on for them, few covers, pulley ect have removed and not been refitted but all in the boot. You will have to carry out more diagnosis to see what"s needed for repair so don"t expect to drive this away. Good spec car, half leather interior, heated front seats, electric power seats, abs, power steering, traction control, cruise control, climate control, remote central locking with two working keys, parrot hands free kit, all the normal extras. Bad points is engine problem, off side rear lower lamp lens corner broken with slight damage to panel (see picture), near side rear bumper has a split (see picture), interior needs a clean, has a dog guard fitted which did not stop it damaging the rear seat head rest covers, few light scratches around the car. Everything works as it should and was driving perfect until cambelt failure. Being honest about the car as want everyone to know what they are bidding on, viewing is welcome and questions will be answered via email, will make a lovely car once repair either to keep or sell on and make a few quid, cash on collection or bank transfer, dont forget this will not drive away and will need towed or transported thanks for looking.
