Relisted due to a timewaster. Please only buy or make a sensible offer if you genuinely want to buy this car.Advertised for sale is a much loved VW Beetle. A 1.6 petrol engine ( the most popular) in quite a rare colour.
It"s been owned by my partner for nearly 5 years and has been well looked after in that time, having been well serviced and maintained.
The MOT is till next February and it is now on SORN as it"s been replaced.
It has a radio cassette in the dashboard with a 6 disc CD changer in the centre armrest as well as heated seats.
It"s just had a new tyre on the front and the other 3 were all new within the last year. It also had new front brake discs earlier this year.
There are a couple of marks on the bodywork as you"d expect from a car of this age, some of the lacquer has started to lift on the rear bumper and boot lid.
The only minor fault with the car is that the esp warning light on the dash is on and the switch to turn it off doesn"t seem to work. the car drives absolutely fine and has been 100% reliable since we"ve owned it. The engine management light comes on now and again but usually goes out again of it"s own accord. I did get it checked out and was told it could be a lambda sensor in the exhaust. The exhaust emissions are well within MOT limits so it"s not causing a problem.
