Hi, up for sale regrettably is my Mk4 Golf 2.0 GTI. Genuine reason for sale, I got a promotion at work and thought I"d treat myself to a newer Mercedes with the extra money. The golf has 12 months MOT  and has full service history (15 stamps in book) it"s had 3previous owners + VW demo. Fully HPI clear with printout to prove. Apart from me fitting a DAB radio It"s completely standard and hasn"t been messed around with like the majority of mk4"s on the road today. It has the red Recaro style interior which is in very good condition as you can see from the photos. This compliments the shiny black paintwork amazingly! It"s probably in better condition than most cars on the road today, has very few minor blemishes/ dings which can be expected for a 15 year old car but still looks gorgeous after a polish. Only really 2major bad points which are -
- Small scuff on front bumper
- Drivers side wing has small bit of rust and bubbling (Common problem for these golfs)
Being the 2litre its surprisingly good on fuel, if driven carefully ive had 43MPG on the motorway and it averages around 34 round town I think(Not drove it in a while so cant remember exactly)
I have receipts totalling around £450 for work it has had done to it in the last 18months including, new clutch kit, new front discs and pads, recent service and more.
This really is a well looked after and cared for golf, the first owner had it for around 12years! I think it will be hard to find a nicer one.
Prior to my new car the golf got washed and polished every weekend using AutoGlym products. Its a bit dirty/dusty at the minute as it hasn"t been getting used for a month or so but will get a full valet for its new owner as im a valeter!
