re-advertised due to auction winner not turning up!....Its my guess he forgot to look how far he"d have to come. I am open to a part exchange (ie your car + some £££) but no swaps. i"m especially interested if you have anything interesting or unusual to trade, time for the polo to go and me to get back behind the wheel of a classic car. so try me!
Delivery can be arranged this is done by putting the job out to tender via movex and can normally be done for between £1 and £1.50 a mile.
The good bits....
Car can be driven away today once you have tax (as per daft new rules) and insurance.
There is a decent after-market stereo which has a composite (red and white) auxiliary input, i will include a 3.5ml jack adapter (headphone type) so a phone and or mp3 player can be plugged in. so no poor quality sound and no messing with bluetooth.
Factory fitted electric webasto sunroof. (part of the open air special edition pack) opens all the way up and gives the sensation of being in a cabriolet with none of the draw backs, meaning it doesn"t leak or steam up and you have good visibility all round.

Remote central locking with fob  just replaced the battery in the remote.
MOT till September 2015.
Full history with loads of receipts and service book + full pack. has just been given an oil service.
The oil is free of coolant and the coolant free of oil with no signs of bubbles in the header tank.
4 speed auto, 1,2,3 and Drive settings so can be driven as semi-auto, very useful on those country lanes with steep descents.  picks up immediately and kicks down the gears exactly as it should. 
1.6 petrol engine runs brilliantly, is surprisingly economical and of course is very nippy. I have been using the car as a daily driver and its been extremely reliable.
The panels are all straight and the gaps between them are even.
The interior has been professionally cleaned and protected.
All four tyres are road legal and have plenty of life left. 
The brakes do not squeak and do stop the car properly.no reserve
all the lights work.
I have connected it to the computer and the engine is timing correctly and has no faults on the ECU.
The bad bits
The car had picked up a few little dings and dents when I got it as a trade in although nothing serious, as you might expect on a car of this age there was a little surface rust coming through the arches.....I HAVE RUST TREATED AND REPAIRED THESE WITH NEW PAINT THAT MATCHES SINCE PHOTOS  so they will be good for years to come. NEW PHOTOS WILL BE POSTED LATER TODAY after giving it a good polish.
One of the mirrors is clearly a replacement (it was purple when it arrived) it is properly plumbed in though and does adjust electrically. and is now silver to match the car.
The drivers seat bolster was warn through the fabric, I have done a strung repair that has given it back its shape and  will stop it getting worse, and it looks smarter.
The drivers door lock mechanism was sticking, have have now repaired this and greased it and its worked perfectly since.
one of the alloy wheel centres is missing i will source one if the car sells at or very near the asking price
