Hi and welcome to my listing for my much loved and very green 1994 T4 Caravelle automatic.   I bought this last year with a view to converting it to a camper, unfortunately this hasn’t happened due to my failing health. The previous owners had unfortunately removed the original Caravelle interior and were using it as a panel van. Although has now been paneled out and carpeted inside, this model also has the factory fitted rear auxiliary heater.   The van itself is a 2.4 diesel automatic, normally aspirated so is economical to run, I have ran it on regular diesel, but I believe it can run on vegetable oil.   It sits on a set of Audi A4 alloys, whilst in good condition they do have slight age related marks but still look smart.   During the last few years the following work has been carried out on the vehicle:   ·    Diesel pump seals ·    New rear coil springs and shocks ·    Front ball joints replaced at 130k ·    Water pump ·    Alternator ·    Rear brake cylinders and shoes ·    Front pads ·    N/S cv joint ·    Drive belts ·    New N/S mirror ·    New expansion bottle, cap and coolant replaced ·    Auto transmission auxillary ATF cooler fitted ·    New throttle position potentiometer   The van is MOT’d until June 2015 and taxed until February 2015   As you can see from the pictures and hopefully get a feel from my description is a nice looking genuine van that could be a great purchase for the new owner having only done almost 149k miles.   The vehicle could be converted on a modest budget, especially if you carry out some of the work yourself, it is not show standard, it is however very smart and respectable. The van is fully usable and could be used as a daily van.   I would encourage anybody who is seriously interested to please come and view the van and see for yourself.
