For sale is our family car which we have owned since August 2012, we are selling as we bought a bigger car.I have invested quite a few quid in it so it shouldn"t need much attention in the following years.
Good bits:
- in 2016: both rear EPB callipers OEM TRW - they come with warranty, EPB button OEM VW, EPB Module OEM VW, wiper blades OEM VW- in April 2015 it had major work that can be seen on receipt: Cambelt kit change - OEM, Water pump - OEM, Steering wheel fluid, Brake Fluid, Clutch & Flywheel - OEM, 4 x shock absorbers - OEM, Gearbox oil - OEM, Engine Oil - Castrol Edge, All filters, etc...- in December 2014: 4x Injectors clean and reseal, Brake discs and pads all round- in December 2013 New Premium Bosch battery- Genuine carbon 3M black limo tinted rear windows- the car has always been serviced with genuine OEM parts and Castrol Edge engine oil- serviced at every 6 to 10 k miles- Philips 150% more light head lightsAll the above have costed in excess of £4000
Bad bits:
- it started dripping coolant recently, but I was already in the process of buying another car so didn"t give to much interest fixing it, just kept topping it up, more than welcome to have this inspected- in has a small dent in the passenger door - supermarket parking- scratch along both passenger doors - supermarket parking- it currently has Michelin tires all round which we bought from new but they will need changing soon, I have a set of 4 used tires available for grabs if wanted at no extra cost.- only 1 key
Car has at the moment 174k miles, but we do at least 2 or 3 return trips every year in excess of 3200 miles each trip + commuting all year round.HPI clear and has never been involved in an accident.Everything works as it should, no warnings in dash.Still in use to commute.V5 present.
