Good bits:Well loved family car. Over £4000 spent in the last 5 years. Receipts to prove this. Loads of service history. MOT until Jan "16. Body is brilliant for the year with very small chips etc. 8 point stereo with CD changer. I have no doubt that this is mechanically very sound. Maintained with safety in mind as it had our new family in it. The most recent things that were fixed were a shock absorber and the hand brake cable. We now have another car which suits our family better so this has to go.
Bad bits: Air sensor disconnected as it was running badly, this means it ticks over roughly when cold but is totally fine when warmed up. A few items of interior plastic are busted as the little people used to climb around inside!!! It will need some new tyres in January. Passengers front tyre deflates slowly.Battery goes flat after a few weeks of not being used. I think this is normal.ABS light comes on once in a while.Indicator stalk doesn"t locate with a click, (wobbles a bit)
So either....Run it until Jan" then scrap it. OR get the MAF sensor prob fixed and keep it going. Your choice..
If nobody wants it ill scrap it which will be a shame for such a mechanically well maintained motor.
