Volvo XC90 SE R-Design D5 (200) Premium Polestar
Sapphire mettallic black with white leather interior, piped with black. It is an R-Design, so has the trim standard with this package; Quad exhaust, Sports seats, three spoke steering wheel, chrome mirror caps, silver bumper guards front and rear.
The car was regsitered in October 2010, but is the 2011MY and has the blue/silver instruments and other interior upgrades. It has been a second car used mostly for shuttling children, so no smokers, dogs or trade use. It"s in top condition, but has a few light scrathes and stone chips as expected from a 73k car in its original paint. The car also has the Volvo BodyCare package.

It has just passed an MOT (June) without advisories. Pirelli Scorpions all round, front tyres are brand new and rears have 5-6mm. The original manufacturer"s warranty has been extended since new and can continue until the car reaches 100,000 miles. The renewal is due in July and will cost £695 to extend (if you so choose).
A final word on the Polestar package - this was the ECU upgrade Volvo offered from new, although one in a thousand XC90"s have it. I have found one other currently on the market and it"s £25k. The perfomance upgrade takes the power output to 200bhp and adds 30nm of torque, but best of all, it reduces the dangerous turbo lag D5 engines suffer from when pulling onto roundabouts and out of junctions. It"s a small tweak that makes the car much better to drive. Best of, Volvo list this as the D5 (200) model, which has no impact when you select this model for insurance purposes.
These are great cars (we"ve had three) and this is one of the best examples you"ll find.
