What services are we offering?
We sell motor vehicles normally by auction sale to motor traders buying in the course of their business.
We are not in the business of retail sales and we do not sell vehicles privately to consumers.
How do you purchase a vehicle? For one to seven days each week we display a number of vehicles on eBay for a defined period of time
By displaying our vehicles we are formally offering them for sale enabling you to bid for each vehicle which will be sold to the highest bidder by a process of competitive bidding.
Each vehicle on offer is deemed to be the subject of a separate contract of sale.
The sale process will end at which precise time the highest bid received will be deemed to have been accepted by us, and the sale completed subject to payment of the price.
Sales by auction will not be subject to a reserve or upset price and until completion of the sale of the vehicle bidder may retract his bid in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
If there is a dispute respecting bids we reserve the right to re-open the bidding in respect of the vehicle or vehicles concerned.
By bidding for a vehicle or vehicles you are representing to us that you are a motor trader and the contract of sale is subject to that condition.
Description We have made every effort to show descriptions of vehicles on our website so that you have a sufficient understanding of the type and image of the vehicles we are offering for sale. However we are not giving you a contractual description nor do we wish to enter into a contract of sale by description. Each vehicle is purchased by the description in this listing
We try to ensure that any bodywork damage is photographed but please be aware that sometimes unintentionally our photographs may not show an image of every item of bodywork damage and that in relation to older vehicles we may not have the capability to show the entire condition of the vehicle within the limitations imposed by eBay so that as a consequence our photographs in some cases will reveal only the most serious damage to the bodywork.

Warranty and Quality
Please note that:
The vehicles we sell have been part exchanged by previous owners and will not necessarily comply with consumer protection criteria and requirements, by reason of age, mileage, the nature of previous usage and general condition.
The vehicles have not been mechanically inspected in our workshop and are offered to you as members of the motor trade without any warranty whatsoever. All warranties, conditions, terms, undertakings and obligations implied by statute, common law, custom, trade usage, course of dealing or otherwise are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You are purchasing the vehicle in circumstances where you are not relying in any way whatever upon any representation made expressly or implied on our part and you are not relying upon our skill or judgement in deciding whether or not the vehicle is in fact suitable to your particular purpose, so that we shall not be liable for breach of terms implied by statute as to description as to satisfactory quality and as to fitness for purpose.
By bidding for the vehicle upon these conditions and terms then you accept that our exclusions of liability contained in these conditions is reasonable within the meaning of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
Limitation of Loss
We will not be liable for any losses that may arise by reason of any breach of any express terms of this agreement nor for losses arising from breach of any implied warranty condition or other terms or by reason of any representation or any duty of any kind imposed by operation of law. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential loss of any description nor for any expenses or costs incurred by you arising from your purchase of a vehicle from us.
History Any current MOT certificate (if applicable) must not be taken as a certificate of roadworthiness since you are purchasing the vehicle on the basis of caveat emptor (buyer beware) and so it may be necessary for you to arrange for transportation of the vehicle from our premises but that is a matter for your decision.
Since we did not previously own the vehicle we cannot verify mileage.
Payment
You must contact us within 1 hour after the auction ends in order to arrange payment and collection. In default of your doing that, we will re-list the vehicle for further bids.
The balance of the price of the vehicle must be paid to us by any of the means listing in the auction listing and all funds must be cleared before vehicles will be released. Kindly note that we do not accept cheques as a method of payment.
All balances must be paid within 3 to 5 days of auction closing.
Collection All vehicles must be collected from our premises within 5 days of the auction ending. Kindly note that we do not deliver vehicles.

In order to arrange either a viewing before you have paid or a collection after you have purchased please make an appointment by messaging through eBay
Transfer of ownership of property If you fail to take away and pay for the vehicle within five days of the auction ending we shall be at liberty to treat the contract as repudiated by you and thereupon the deposit shall be forfeited without prejudice to our rights to recover from you by way of damages any loss or expense we may have suffered or incurred by reason of your default.
The vehicle shall remain our property until the price has been discharged in full.
