Ford f100 truck, winter project although still has MOT, v6 engine, but only firing on 5 at the moment, back brakes are not working properly as been standing for 6 months, the brakes do work, and I think it has a sticky valve or valve guide , bought this back in march intended to do it as a project, havnt had time and just moved house so wont get time, Runs and start and drives and is still tested until March 2015. the brakes need a good stomp to make it stop. Only done about 300 miles since last test. the auto choke has stopped working to , so I use an elastic band until its warm then take it off. Has all the bodywork done 2 years ago, in yellow with the chequered flag airbrushed on , looks very good. had full new leather interior last year in black and yellow nappa leather , all new roof lining and carpets , look very smart inside , but needs tidying, new black wheels with new tire to , interior was £2000, and wheels and tire £800-00 alone, and the respray was £1800-00. so lots of money spent, I was going to fit a V8 rover lump and gas it up, but lack of time forced sale. Very cheap insurance on Classic insurance, very useable and drivable, anyone prepared to do the engine and finish off , it will make a very nice truck. No power steering so abit heavy on standstill but fine once its moving. Sold as a project . sounds like a V* as only has one silencer, turns heads everywere, Happy bidding , maybe keen on part ex or swap, specially a small diesel van.
