4.0L Jeep WRANGLER Sport Genuine Low Mileage 73,700 with full Service History New MOT Nov 2022 Stunning Condition Rare Patriot Blue with extras I have owned this Jeep for nearly five years and am only selling as it’s not getting used as much as it should. In the last year I have only covered 1,913 miles and only 900 miles in the previous year.
I spent a long time searching for this Jeep, looking for the right spec with a fully documented history and for one that hadn’t been used and abused off-roading. This is the third Jeep I have owned and is by far the best which makes this a reluctant sale as I know it will be difficult to find another.
The Jeep has been regularly serviced with any recommended works having been undertaken. Last month the clutch and mass flywheel was replaced at a cost of £1,786.07 (pls see copy of receipt attached) and new MOT was put on the Jeep with only one minor advisory - the stick on headlamp deflectors for driving in Europe are worn.
I drove the Jeep to Spain in 2018 and mechanically would have no qualms or worries about driving it back there tomorrow.
Given that the Jeep is rapidly approaching 20 years of age it is in fantastic condition, especially when compared to some that I looked at.

2002 was the last production year for the TJ, please bear in mind that the Jeep is nearly 20 years old and although in truly fantastic condition there is some wear and tear commensurate with the age.
I want to be completely honest with the listing and although the following are only minor and have been there since I bought the Jeep without any further deterioration I would rather list them
The soft top is 100 percent watertight with no tears but is showing some signs of becoming delaminated on the seams above the drivers door and on the boot. Please see then photos, this is only minor and the roof is still good for a number of years. Every year I’ve considered replacing the top but as it does not leak have held off.
There is a small dent in then rear light panel on the passenger side, only really noticeable at certain angles
The cowl seal beneath the windscreen is showing signs of bubbling under the paint
There are a couple of very small blisters forming under the paint on the passenger wheel arch - less than the size of a 5p.
As I have said above these are only minor and given the age of the Jeep are to be expected and do not detract from then overall condition of the Jeep which often gets commented on and it’s not unusual to come back to a car park to find someone has tucked a note under the windscreen wiper wanting to buy it.

FURTHER READING I originally listed the Jeep for sale back at the end of November, I never heard from the winning bidder and as at the time I hadn"t found a replacement vehicle refrained from re-listing. I have now found a new car so the time has come to re-list
If you look at the MOT history you will see that the Jeep failed the MOT in 2020 due to rust / corrosion on the front drivers side of the chassis. The spot was cleaned and a patch welded. In early 2021 I noticed a spot of rust/corrosion on the rear section of the chassis on the drivers side and had a company inspect this and check the chassis for any further corrosion. None was found the are was treated and patched. I can provide photos of the work if required. The MOT in November of 2021 noted rust/corrosion to the chassis but this is only surface rust as would be expected on a vehicle of this age.
