this is a spare car as my wife has just bought a new one. i have just presented it for MOT and it has failed on the following itemsexhaust blowing-there is a hole in the s pipe between the centre and back boxoff side steering rack gaiter insecure- it needs a cable tieanti roll bar linkage rubber deteriorated resulting in excessive movement o/s front- the little link between the a/roll bar and lower armoff side front cv joint gaiter splitnsf tyre cut down to cords
i really dont want to repair it as it would be a busmans holiday for me. it isn"t a lot if you are handy with spanners. i have all the MOT certificates.it has a rover ron box and piermahrieburg maf sensor fitted, this eliminates any flat spots that occur on acceleration and if you read rover rons website you will see it can be used to improve performance further.
it has some minor body damage on the nsr corner and passenger door from the one and only time my wife tried to reverse park on the drive. the missing trim strip is inside the car. it has some other dinks and scrapes which have mysteriously appeared through no fault of her own.
there is some wear to the drivers seat, and the steering wheel has some marks due to the amount of rings women feel necessary to where.
it is a good runner, but with three other cars, rubbish weather and being lazy i just want to sell it. i have priced it sensibly so no will you take fifty quid type questions. the cost of parts and tyre will come to less than £200.
