MG zr turbo 2.0 t16 track car fast needs work why swop

MG zr 1.4 on log book fitted with a 2.0 t16 turbo engine from rover tomcat i brought this about a month ago as a non runner the previous owner had done the head gasket and not timed the engine correctly which cause the valves to touch slightly so i remover the head and found a second hand one refitted it along with a new water pump cam sensor and 2x 8 inch slimline fans however after fitting the head now when warm the car smokes and after turning it off then leaving it a few minutes when restarted it smokes quite bad personally i think it could be valve stem seals or maybe turbo ??? however im not willing to take the head off again to do the work so its up for sale if it doesn"t fetch what i want ile keep it and fix at a later date the car is also fitted with a gt28 turbo quick shift and was told it had an lsd gearbox but havent taken the shaft out to check it has no mot it ran out in November any questions or to view call or text 07889924947
