Mini 1275gt b20 vtec poweredThis listing is for my honda powered Mini.Originally built by Geoff Watson at Watsons rally, having being fitted with Watsons front subframe and rear beam axle set up, front suspension uses Gaz shock absorbers, rear uses Gaz coil overs.The car came to me fitted with a b16 vtec engine minus the front wings.I used the entire clubman front assembly with heritage genuine panels painted in snapdragon yellow with a black roof.I ran the car for a year with the b16 assembly, brilliant performance but i wanted more.The car was taken off the road a year ago whilst i prepared to swap the engine for a new b20 vtec which has been built to deliver 260bhp.The new engine was built by Daz at Endless Horizons at a cost of over 4k, this will be managed by a DTA40 ecu, the engine is mated to a 5 speed box using Watsons diff to enable much lower revs at high speed with the 12 inch Minilite wheels, shod with new yokohama tyres.The interior has Speedwell front seats and black cloth clubman rear seats, monte carlo door cards and rear quarter cards, gt clocks which need the the rev counter connecting to the ecu, the speedometer is very accurate, fuel gauge and temp working fine.Finishing off this car will take very little probably a good weekends work.This requires the headlamps fitted which come with the car as are the front indicatorsA new bespoke radiator is required which will cost around £150 to have made, i had planned to have one made to fit directly behind the grille.Brake servo needs to have the pipes re connecting and bleed off all four wheels.All in all a huge amount of work and money has been spent on getting this car this far, a new owner with enthusiasm will have this car fixed up in no time with the promise of an extremely fast car with rapid acceleration and impressive top speed, super car performance!!The front end of the car could do with a respray or touched up locally then machine polished, chips and battle scars occurred when i removed the front subframe.The shell is in superb condition, no rust whatsoever, rear arches have been tubbed by 1 inch to give a performance stance.Whilst using this car, it did grab a lot of attention and many positive comments, it comes with two extra engines and a mugen manifold by separate negotiation.any questions please feel free to ring 07710997793
