Grey 1991 big bumper gti 8v
Rainbow interior, electric windows, central locking, working sunroof, perfect headlining.
Use to have power steering but removed when I did engine swop. I prefer the feel of non power steering.
Alpine head unit with rainbow component speakers.
Rear strut brace.
OBD port mounted down by drivers foot
well.
OriginalMk2 clocks with working rev counter
16v hella smoked rear lights.
The shell is good.
Had a small section of the sill replaced last year.
Osr rear Arch is a bit rusty under the Trim.
( I think they all are ) that"s been painted in red oxide to help.
Recently had power flex rear beam bushes, mk4 rear calipers mintex discs and pads. Bilstein wheel bearings. 10mm stub axel spacers. Custom rear braided lines.
KW varian 1 coilovers.
G60 front breaks with new discs and pads.
New 24mm break master cylinder
8x bbs rz 15x7 wheels with 4 center caps. Not all perfect but can make a good and bad set. 4 x yoko pradas and 4x nankang NS2 R tyres. Basically road and track wheels.
For the engine swop a bought a complete 2001 Ibiza Cupar( AYP engine code ) and used it for a few weeks to make sure it ran alright.
Still have service history for it.
From the the car I also used the subframe arms and hubs.
OEM management.
Passat / corrado pedal box. New master and slave cylinders were used along with a custom braided line for the clutch.
Mk3 tank with a new Bosch vr6 pump.
Deep core intercooler hidden behind bumper and grill.
Slim line fan fitted to radiator.
ramair filter. Miltek down pipe with 2.5 stainless exhaust.
SAI, N249, PCV and EVAP all removed. I have a forge intake pipe to go with the car.
Also iv repainted to boost pipe that is chipped in the picture.
Clocks show 152 the Ibiza from memory was around 90k but will confirm.
