1986 Robin Rialto 2 Barn Find Project!
Me and a friend bought this with absolutely brilliant intentions... They never happened and so unfortunately it"s time to move her on!
When we got her she had been sitting for many years (last mot ran out in 2001). We got the engine going a while ago and then it"s sat there ever since, Untouched.
The car has done only 26 thousand miles, Bodywork is not great, and it will certainly require some work to get going, stopping and road worthy.
We haven"t tried starting her again as we have too many cars and not enough time, however it seems a shame to leave her sitting there.
Good points...
It has three wheels, A good usable chassis, its becoming rather rare!
Bad points, Bodywork isn"t great, No brakes (or handbrake) We haven"t had her running in a while as stated so will require some fiddling I assume and a battery! We had a little too much exuberance whilst going into reverse and managed to bring the gear stick with us, However it does just pop back into place, and can find all gears, albeit very sloppy!
Unfortunately I dont remember where the V5 is, so bid as if there isn"t one, but a full receipt will be given upon sale if I don"t find it!
