I have had the car for 5 years, and in that time I have only done about 1100 miles. She has been stored in a dry brick built garage for all of that time and never taken out in the rain. In the time that I have owned her I have given her a service every year (oil/filter change, new spark plugs, check electricals and brakes etc.). She has not required any major mechanical or structural repairs while I have owned her, except for the fitting of polycarbonate bushes to the front anti-roll bar which cured a suspension ‘knock’. 
I cannot guarantee that the recorded mileage (31,000) is correct as I have no comprehensive service history, but I do have some invoices going back to 2005, as well as all recent MOT certificates. Each year since 2010 (apart from 2014 when she was not used) she has been submitted for the MOT test and passed every time, and has just passed again this year (no advisories).
Engine pulls strongly and sounds lovely. No issues with gearbox or drive train.  
She is fully roadworthy, and can be driven away!!
The car is very eye-catching, and the photographs, taken yesterday (4th June 2015) give a reasonable impression, however they may be a little flattering, as closer inspection does reveal some scratches and chips, and very slight crazing of the fibreglass gel in places; having said that, the paintwork condition is far better than you should expect from a 28 year old TVR. I suspect that it was resprayed late 90s/early 2000s .
The interior is presentable, the vinyl coverings to door cards and dash surrounds are good, leather seats have been refurbished at some time but definitely look ‘lived in’ now. Carpets in foot-wells are shabby and should be replaced.
No photographs of the chassis/suspension I"m afraid as I don"t have a ramp, but no issues were identified during the MOT inspection.
Jobs that need doing (it"s a TVR what did you expect?):
I have recently noticed that the car is using some coolant, and needs to be topped up over a long distance, BUT the oil is clear of sludge, no overheating, and I cannot see any obvious leaks. It does not affect the driving/performance of the car, but the new owner may want to address this.
The driver’s seat back position adjustment mechanism need attention.
The electric door mirrors adjustment is not working (never has since I’ve owned it – I adjust them by hand if necessary).
Some of the rubber seals on the hood require attention if you intend to take it out in the rain.
Excellent Good Year Eagle F1 Tyres all round, and distinctive RIB registration number is included.
