What a fantastic opportunity this is, a 1993 Lotus CARLTON (No 896) that has been owned since 1995 by its last owner and just one owner prior to that. Only 2 owners from new. The car is totally original and was supplied by Vauxhall Browns of Loughton Ltd with its purchase receipt and original brochure and salesmans business card attached, original service book with PDI and servicing stamps and invoices with Browns until 26,000 miles, some old MOT"s. Currently showing 56"634 miles the car is completely original with no modifications, over £10,000 of invoices from the Vauxhall main dealer up until the late 90"s.
The car was bought from along with a collection of the owners cars including classic Aston Martins and Ferraris. It has been stood for some years and requires a restoration to make it worth £50k +. the car starts and sounds very healthy but have not risked driving as brakes are corroded etc and would be an idea to have fluids changed etc before driving. It can be heard running and driven in our compound. HPI clear with all paperwork present, up to date Red V5 etc. Have fitted a new battery and drained old fuel and put fresh fuel in and it fired up straight away, fires on the first turn every time!
