TVR CEBERA 4.2 V8 AJP Selling as a running project. I run my own workshop and due to an increase in business I do not physically have the time or space to continue.  ** PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION IN FULL BEFORE BIDDING ** M.O.T till June, 2015 – Previous Cat D 2001
* More Photos Available * Lets start with the work carried my myself out in the time I have owned the TVR – Replaced head gaskets, stem seals, tappets checked & adjusted, replacement clutch, new lightened flywheel, concentric cylinder, new rear main oil seal, reconditioned starter motor & alternator, injectors cleaned & tested, new drive belt, new woodruff key, custom made stainless steel water pipes to the front of the radiator, (cappillary sensor failed upon removal so will require repair), new oil filter & spark plugs, new throttle pots, new coolant temperature sensor, new air temperature sensor, new map sensor,  new n/s lambda sensor (requires o/s to be replaced), new fuel pump, new air conditoning condensor, new thermostat, cooling systen flushed & cleaned, gearbox oil replaced, new front handbrake cable, steering wheel ribbon professionally repaired, Running Gear The engine itself has no shortage of power and when warm pulls extremely well throughout the entire rev range with no flat spots. This engine produces 360bhp at 6500 rpm and has a claimed maxium speed of 180 mph! Kerb weight of just 1200kg. Earlier in the year it suffered from a overfuelling issue which turned out to be a fault with the injector wiring loom, which is now fixed. Fitted with de-cat pipes & sports pipes. (Car supplied with catalytic convertors and original silencers) Coil over’s fitted all round, braided brake hoses fitted all round, EBC green stuff pads fitted on the front and rear. Body work The overall body work is in good condition for its age, with some age related fibre glass cracks and marks as per the photos. It has just benefitted from a clay bar and polish. Fitted with 18inch spider alloy wheels, tyres are starting to show their age but still plenty of tread left. Interior The leather has some marks, wear and colour variation as to be exspected from a17 year old car. It would deffiently benefit from a new carpet set which can be easily purchased from TVR Power. Overall its still presentable but to bring it back to its orginal glory would require some TLC. Chassis The underside of the vehicle is solid, the previous owner had the outriggs replaced, I have since painted these. The rear of the chassis could do with a clean and  a lick of under seal but again very solid. The remaining of the underside has been undersealed. KNOWN PROBLEMS Milleage is showing at 15,559 miles but it stopped working arround 3 years ago so it has done slightly more than this. Electrical issues with the interior heaters, lights playing up but have fitted temporary swithes, windows are slow to go up and down but is improving with use, central locking not working,  left hand indicator has started to become temperamental, cappillary sensor requires repair, o/s lambda sensor require replacing. As you can see this is a very impressive car but please remember it is 17 years old. As you can see from the work that has been done some of the common problems that these cars suffer from has been repaired or replaced i have tried to be as honest as possible with my listing but highly  recommend viewing also i have a folder with previous invoices and receipts for labour and parts.
