Up for sale is my 1997 Rover 214si. 84k miles.
I"ve owned this car for just over 3 months and done almost 4k miles without a single fault. Has been to north wales and Nottingham a few times without any coolant issues. Has original drive direct dealer stickers and PHH number plates.

Up to about 11 years worth of service history and MOTs
New timing belt and water pump fitted October 2021 with receipts. Coolant flushed at the same time with correct red OAT coolant. I"ve just serviced the car myself including Mobil oil, oil filter, air filter, Bosch spark plugs. Just needs fuel filter doing witch is included with the car. Has had a new exhaust flexi pipe section fitted last month. Holds its temperature just fine and heater blows red hot.
15 alloys with 4 good tyres around 5mm tread. (two matching) also comes with a set of 14 steelies with 2 continental all season tyres used for winter
New Osram nightbreaker 200 headlamp bulbs
Electric front windows, remote locking 2 keys and full logbook
Generally in good condition for its age, does have the odd mark and has a couple of poor paint jobs done by a previous owner - an older gent. Headlining is sagging a bit around the sunroof, common amongst all old Rovers unfortunately. Has had a new wheel cylinder on the O/S rear, but the handbrake does not grab on that side. Either the brake system needs another bleed or the handbrake cable is stretched. The sills are in mint condition, looks like it"s never been jacked up in its life. Front wings have only just started to bubble. Needs a new sunroof seal, I have one that can come with the car from rimmer bros.
Pretty good on fuel does about 80 miles to a tenner, comfortable ride and handles really nicely. Insurance is cheap and tax isn"t too bad - could be good for a first time driver but otherwise would be a great runabout or second car for someone. It"s a well sorted example of one of these and doesn"t need anything doing urgently. Has a water leak in the boot and rear passenger footwells, SRS light comes on intermittently too but hasn"t bothered me.
