1998 Daewoo LANOS SX Blue - For Spares or Repair
We have owned the car from new. The car has been declared SORN for 7 years and has no tax or MOT.
The car has had a new battery and starts and runs.
The car has been converted from manual to automatic. We have the original manual engine and gearbox stored in a trailer (plus some of parts which were replaced in the conversion). These we will included with the sale of this car.
The interior is in excellent condition, has a radio cassette player. The car has air conditioning but we do not know if it works.
There is a fault with the ABS harness. There was a fault with the ABS harness, and a garage tried to repair this by bypassing the connection which did not work. The ABS harness has been replaced but the car harness on the other side of the connector needs to repaired where the garage tried to bypass it.
Because of the problem with ABS and the conversion to automatic we are selling this car as spares or repair
The car needs to be collected the first weekend after the auction.
As the car has no MOT, the buyer will need to have means to take the car away by a trailer or trade plates. Payment via paypal or cash on collection and the car is located in Whitchurch, Hampshire RG28
