2003 Saab 9-3 AERO MANUAL
131,000 MILES
THE CAR
This car has been local to me since new and has been very, very well looked after in it"s early life, the service book is stamped up by Saab to just under 100,000 miles, from there on i have a folder full of receipts for various items and work done.
Strangely the car is on an 03 plate even the registration date was after the 1st September 2003 meaning it should really be on a 53 plate. I can see that the car has had a private plate for most of it"s life from new so i imagine it"s just a mistake on DVLA"s behalf when this was taken off.
BODY
Overall good for the year / mileage with only a few dents / scrapes the worst being pictured. The paint still has a nice deep shine when polished up and the privacy glass sets it all of well. No rust and very presentable.
INTERIOR
Showing some wear and tear mainly on the drivers seat bolster, still perfectly presentable.
MECHANICALLY
Pretty spot on to be fair, this is a very quick car, no smoke, knocks or rattles from the engine at all and it pulls strong through every gear. You can tell it"s been well looked after during it"s life.
WHEELS AND TYRES
Tyres look pretty recent but the wheels could do with a refurb due to kerbing.
BAD POINTS OTHER
Needs a new drivers door mirror glass
Passenger fasten seat belt sign is on
One touch drivers window close doesn"t work properly, the anti pinch function kicks in and it winds back down again. It does close by pushing the close button bit by bit!!
Headlights are a bit discoloured, you can kits for this on here, its a simple job.
Sometimes it shows tail light bulb is out on dash, but it"s not when i checked.
OVERALL
A cheap good looking fun fast car on a NO RESERVE AUCTION which i won"t end early, bid and grab a bargain!!
Please be realistic on what you"re buying here, i took this in px against another vehicle and it"s an old car so i"ve only done around 100 miles or so in this, as such i may have missed something. Viewings before auction end are more than welcome.
