The Car:
Thanks for taking a look at this stunning, and great value example of the Vauxhall Frontera 2.2 Sport Olympus 3Dr, finished in what I think is the one of the best colour for one of these - stunning Star Silver metallic with contrasting full black half leather sport trim. Before telling you about the car, I think I should maybe tell you a little about myself... From College 18 yrs ago I went straight to work in the motor trade working exclusively for franchised main dealers in sales (including many years within the Vauxhall main dealer network). This meant that I spent my days appraising, buying and selling cars of all makes and models, both new and used, all day long, mostly at the top end of the trade in large prestige dealerships. As such feel that being able to spot "the nice ones" is a skill developed with years of industry training. Since leaving the main dealer arena to pursue family commitments I have maintained my industry contacts and get offered many cars by friends and previous colleagues still working in main dealerships who are tasked with keeping an eye out for these "nice ones". With both their experience and mine, this usually gives me a very good chance of obtaining genuine cars at great prices, which then means I can then pass the saving onto you. This usually works for me, (not always, but that"s cars for you) but regardless, my commitment to you is that the car will be described accurately here and priced to reflect the best value I can find across the trade. As those who know me would testify, I thoroughly enjoy working with cars and take a great deal of personal satisfaction in providing people with great cars at an affordable price and am committed to providing great service. Please take a moment to read my feedback, so that you can understand that what is described is what you will be getting and buy with confidence.
I have to say these cars are superb value, especially when you find one that has been well looked after! I think that they are great fun to drive, feel really safe, and I think are very underestimated when considering the usual and far more common competition. This particular car is a lovely example, you can tell its been really well looked after, it has a superb service history, and plenty of toys. They really are a very useful and super practical family car. It is in very good condition as you will have seen from the pictures and it also drives without fault. There is no pulling to the left or right, either when accelerating, driving or braking. In fact, tbh, it drives so well you can just tell it has been very well maintained - driving along you wouldn"t even guess it had done half the mileage it has! The acceleration is quick and purposeful - these superb engines produce a very respectable 134bhp, hardly makes a sound when cruising along and yet can still easily achieve an extremely impressive (especially for a large 4x4) 25+ mpg - and that"s according to Parkers Guide, not me!! The gearbox flicks from gear to gear silky smooth, both up and down through all gears perfectly, and the clutch feels nice and light and bites exactly as it should. The car starts, runs, and drives perfectly, and the brakes feel sharp. There is no juddering from the steering wheel at motorway speed, no funny noises or whines, and there are no warning lights on on the dashboard. It really couldn"t drive any better! The alloy wheels are also all in excellent unmarked condition all round, and the tyres are also all in good condition. I have inspected the car all over, and other than the odd tiniest obligatory tiny stone chips/age related mark/surface scratches (there is a small mark on the front bumper as you can see in the pictures), there is no actual "damage" that you would call significant, or even noticeable. I will say just to cover myself that there is obviously, due to its age, going to be the odd little mark here and there if you look long and hard enough but I can"t actually think of anything else to describe here. Overall, the car presents excellently for its age and has obviously been well looked after (again, see pics/history). Inside the car the interior is nice and clean, the half leather trim unmarked, with there are no rips or tears anywhere. All of the knobs and buttons work, and there are no pieces of trim hanging off anywhere, and the dashboard all lights up nice and clear as it should - I could just keep going on, they really are a very capable, good value fun car to drive. On my drive home after collecting this car, all I can say that it drove perfectly at all times. It is a lovely example for the price, and the superb engine pulls well in all gears - it is a very nice place to be! All in all, a great value, durable, sporty family 4x4 that looks great and is an absolute pleasure to drive.
Quite simply, this is a stunning car at an even more stunning price!! It couldn"t drive any better, is in superb condition for its age, has a full service history, and has a long MOT, It is a very relaxing and enjoyable place to be.. !! It also comes with the original Vauxhall handbook pack including the owners manual and service history book stamped as detailed above. Other than this all I can say really is if you are looking for one of these cars, then you should probably stop reading this ad and call me straight away because as I said, I don"t think you really will find a better value car at this age, mileage and price anywhere, and I"m sure that the first person to view this car will definitely drive away in it!
