This is an auction for my 2004 Saab 9-5 Saloon.
Viewings are welcome by appointment on the Saturday prior to the end of the auction.
I bought the car approximately 5 years ago with less than 50k miles on the clock. Since then it has been my motorway car and has now covered a total of 91,998 miles. During my ownership I have had the car serviced by Tony Connor Saab of Cirencester. He is an independent specialist. Some consumable items such as brake pads I have replaced myself (using good parts such as Brembo). I have had only two unexpected part replacements since I have owned the car - the ignition discharge unit and an injector. The discharge unit caused some sort of short and that caused the engine light to come on but the car continued to run fine. I purchased a new unit and replaced it myself. The injector was replaced by Tony Connor. Other than this, I have had no breakdowns or indeed any problems with the car. It has been extremely reliable and these cars are regarded as so, as long as the oil is changed at the right intervals.
I have not wrapped this car in cotton wool and so it is not a show winner. However, with a little tlc it will be a very respectable car that gives it"s new owner many more miles of enjoyment. It chews up motorway miles very ably and despite being tall I have found it very comfortable to drive long distances.
Nice combination of Silver paint and the black part-leather interior works very well.
Everything works with the exception of some of the aircon electronic display sometimes missing some pixels (common on the cars). Also, the auto sliding gate has lost a couple of segments but this doesn"t affect the shift and is easily repairable. Finally, the Saab bonnet badge has lost it"s enamel but these are on ebay for about £15.
The MOT expires 22 Oct 2015 and it is ready to drive away. It is currently SORN and has not been driven for a few weeks. 
Anyone bidding is bidding to buy. I have some experience of people bidding and then not collecting. Therefore, if you win the auction I will need payment via Paypal and payment of an initial deposit of £100 within 48 hours by the same method.
