This VW comes with V5 log book, two remote keys, handbooks, folder, Mot till 26/01/17 & service history comprising of 8 stamps & Hpi report showing no problems.
To prepare the vehicle for sale it has had a full service, rear brake calliper & pads, two new tyres & Mot.
I don’t know when the cam belt was changed 
The car is very tidy straight & proper car, but does have some marks to the rear bumper on the loading lip & a scratch down the o/s that I have buffed & touched in that the camera hasn’t picked up but I will try to upload one that shows it better in the extra photos. 
The panels all meet up as they should & the panels are free from dents. 
The car runs & drivers very well, with no issues to report, the engine runs well, pulls well & without excessive smoke, the clutch & gearbox work as they should, no clonks from the suspension & brakes are free from warping. 
The electrics work Inc the air con, four windows & there are no warning lights on the dash. 
The interior & boot area are in superb condition with no bad smells & comes with genuine rubber over mats. The photos are in the link below.
The 16” alloy wheels are in a good 8/10 condition & two tyres are nearly new & the other two are new
