vehicle description:

I am regretfully selling my Jeep as I require funds for a project.
I looked at a lot of these before buying this one, it was by far the cleanest example I"ve seen - inside and out a very nice car., with mileage the right side of 100k.
I immediately fitted a rear boot liner and front seat protectors to keep it that way.
It has recently has a service, the only other thing I"ve had done is a wheel bearing and abs sensor.
3 months mot left, it will sail through the next mot, the car is 100% spot on. However, I will put a new 12 months MOT on it for anyone paying the asking price.
It has been solidly reliable, a pleasure to drive, powerful and comfortable on long runs.
we towed the caravan down to the south coast this summer and it proved to be a fantastic tow vehicle - the 3L V6 Mercedes engine makes it effortless.
the kids loved the drop down DVD player in the back too.
A/C works well as does cruise control. low ratio 4wd is fine.
tinted windows back half for privacy and looks great.
the only issue to report is the stereo screen has gone blank, it occasionally comes back on for a few seconds. seems this is a common fault - everything still works, radio, cd"s etc, but not as easy to operate with no screen! and of course you can"t see the sat nav - although its not the best anyway and I prefer to use my garmin. Apparently a place fixes the screens for a couple of hundred pounds - I was just going to replace the unit with something better - there are pioneer full screen type ones at Halfords for £350 that pair to iphone, run apps from your phone, DAB, etc - it would make sense to go down this route as the standard unit is not great anyway. the sound however is fantastic as it is fitted with Boston Premium audio system.
due to the radio fault I have listed it £500 below what I think it"s worth.
I will need to keep my plate - it will revert to an 07 plate.
