Here i have for sale my 59 plate, diesel, Jeep patriot in metallic black, 114k, 6 speed manual, 2 previous owners, full service history, 4 new Michelin tyres, electric windows, electric folding mirrors, cd player and a tow bar attached. I"ve only owned this car for a few months, i purchased it on a whim after deciding i wanted a 4x4 to get my children around (i have a 3 year old & am 8 months pregnant!) after a few weeks of purchasing the Jeep I"ve noticed it sometimes tries to stall on hills like it just loses power, if i put my foot right down it doesn"t stall but obviously rev"s quite high. anytime that it does stall it quickly restarts with no problems, I took it to a local garage who said the wiring loom was worn so on there advice i paid £230 (receipt available) to have it repaired as they said it should fix the problem, they also put it on the diagnostics machine to try and find any other fault and it came back clear (also shown on receipt). I"ve since found that it has not fixed the problem and in my financial position i just cannot afford to spend another penny on it so is up for someone who knows a bit about cars to grab a bargain. I"ll be really sad to see it go but i really have no choice as i am clueless about cars and have a new baby due next month so just cannot afford to fix it. I am trying to be as honest as possible as you will be buying a car with a fault. You are welcome to test drive it as long as you have your own insurance covering yourself to do so. i purchased it with 4 new tyres and was told it had all round new brake discs and pads but i really cannot verify this as again i am no mechanic. The condition on the Jeep itself is great the interior is in great condition with no rips or tears etc and the outside is good for its miles i have included a picture of the only real dink i have found on it and that"s on the front left hand side by the light it looks as though a brick has flicked up and caught it. Again you are welcome to view the car but no messers please.
