2009 Alfa Romeo Mito 155 T-Jet Lusso Gielietta red
I love this car and it is with a heavy heart I come to sell, but a new company car makes my alfa collection a little redundant and so they are for sale (see my other listings).
Beautiful car must be seen to be appreciated. A much underrated car, the Mito is one of the most beautiful vehicles on the road. The car is a 58 plate and so is one of the first ones in the country. Technically it is a lusso spec but has been dealer upgraded to veloce prior to original delivery, as the guy who bought it was on the waiting list for a veloce but had the opportunity to get one sooner but in the lusso trim. This amounts to the larger 17” horseshoe alloys, the black ribbed seats, some trim detailing (spoiler/diffuser) but most importantly the massive 4pot Brembo callipers on the front wheels! These alone are stunning and peeping through the classic horseshoe Alfa alloys look amazing and everybody comments.
The engine is only a 1.4 but it is turbo charged and makes 155hp and in such a light car is very fast. The car has plenty of torque for a 1.4 and has plenty of roll on power in 6th gear for overtaking on motorways etc, so can be a lazy cruising car when it wants. But it also has different power modes/maps and if you put the car in dynamic mode it goes a little nuts and it’s hard to stop the front wheels spinning. You won’t find a car this fast or to this quality for the money. A very stand out car – everybody I know loves it and people comment all the time when I am driving it.
The car is MOT’d and taxed – I can’t remember the MOT date but will dig it out and amend the listing to show it. It blew through the last MOT without issue and I have no doubt it would again. Tax is using the new system so you would need to tax it yourself.

Lots of service history, including recent cam belt, front brakes, drop links
‘Blue and me’ in car entertainment with ipod/media player connectivity as well as phone preparation
Recent 4 new Pirelli P-Zero Nero tyres
Bad points;
Some rashing to the wheels
Some stone chipping to the bonnet
A little above average mileage, but it was when I had a job that involved motorway work and was well serviced and looked after as a result
